Medu Vadai (Tamil), Garelu (Telugu)

Mouth watering hot vadai's are all time favorite of many South Indians
Tips to make:  Soak Urdh daal for 3-4 hours, grind them with less water,add salt and finely chopped onions and chilis, make them like donuts shapes and fry them in hot oil.   Serve with sauce or chutney
